Ordering Policy:

We accept most credit/debit card payments via our our secure online payment service.

We will confirm orders and payments received via email or text message. This correspondence is a contract between the customer and Amethyst Florals.

Orders may be canceled by customers or changed if reasonable up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date if Amethyst Florals can accomodate such changes. This policy does not include Wedding, Funeral or Event bookings, please see your contract or contact us for the specific cancellation and changes policy.

Refunds and Returns Policy.

If you are unhappy with your order, you may contact Amethyst Florals to request a refund or replacement within 24 hours of delivery or collection. We may ask for photographs of the affected product or ask that the items be returned to us so that we can discuss this with our suppliers. We hope to resolve any issues promptly and kindly. 

Product Disclaimers

• Fresh Flowers: Seasons should be taken into account for local availability. As these are a natural product sizes of blooms, colours and scents may vary across different types and species. All appropriate care will be taken when preparing the flowers. Fresh water must be available and changed every other day and the arrangement should be kept away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prolong the life of the flowers for maximum enjoyment. 
• Dried Flowers: As these are a dried natural product this can make the stems and petals brittle, so please be careful when handling them. Also over time colours may fade due to the natural light so keep away from direct sunlight. Take care with highly coloured dried flowers as the dye may transfer onto surfaces and materials. Do not get wet, the dried flowers and foliage do not need water! 

 

Privacy Policy

We are UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliant, we need to collect certain information from you, the customer such as your name, address and payment details as well as recipient's name and address in order to fulfil orders. We will securely destroy this information after 30 days. We will never pass these details onto a third party without your consent in writing.

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
